Visitor entrance
The entry time for visits is as follows:
- Weekdays: from 15.30 to 17.30;
- Holidays: from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm and from 15.30 to 18.00.
Visitors are required to behave in a manner that respects the need for peace and tranquility of all Users. It is therefore advisable to avoid the entry of large groups or to stay beyond the permitted time.
It is advisable to avoid allowing animals into the facility.
Please also remember that, for hygienic reasons, visitors are not allowed to enter Users' rooms.
To allow access and the possible presence of family members outside the scheduled times, written permission from the guest's contact operator or from the Management is required.
Children's entrance
Please remember that pursuant to art. 5 of Regional Law n. 39 of 14/9/1982, visits by children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Structure. Any extraordinary access permits can be requested from the facility manager who will be able to authorize entry to Villa Belvedere s.r.l.
The permit must also be endorsed by the Health Directorate and shown in the Administration.
Exit permits
It is possible for the User to take advantage of permissions to leave the Community. These permits, granted if deemed useful for the implementation of the therapeutic or rehabilitation project, can be short (from 10 am to 12.30 pm, from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, from 15.00 to 18.00, from 16.30 to 18.30) , or long (from 10.00 am to 18.30 the following day). Exit permits are normally granted no earlier than 15 days from the start of the stay at Villa Belvedere s.r.l., and must be previously agreed and authorized by the User's contact person and delivered to the administration after complete completion and signature by the same contact person.
